However, choosing this option will reduce Arthur's honor. The discount is a decent perk that players can enjoy in the city, even if players would argue that this discount isn't worth the death of a man who was trying to do the right thing. The other consequence of the decision is that the city will begin drilling on the Indian Reservation.
