The second half is located at the home of a hermit who lives at the very west end of the map. Follow the Little Creek River until you reach its tip. Her home should be right there. Careful though. You will have to deal with not only the hermit woman, but the three dogs she sets upon you. Once you’ve cleaned house, search the drawers of the place and find the second half of the Torn Treasure Map. The completed map leads you to New Austin. There is a cave west of Twin Rocks near Rattlesnake Hollow. Inside, you’ll find a collection of dubious treas
Still, it’s better than not having it, that’s for sure, and it’ll still save you a lot of frustration. Nevertheless, you’ll be glad to know that there’s another method of traversing the world of red dead Redemption 2 multiplayer Dead Redemption 2 quicker than a horse: trains and stagecoac
Once at the lake, you’ll be able to spot an outcropping jutting out from the center of the lake. Wade your way over to it and search this little rocky island. You’ll finally find the entirety of the Jack Hall Gang’s treasure th
In a dark reference to an event 16 years into the future, as Agent Ross is leaving with Agent Milton after a tense stand-off with Arthur, Ross makes a snide comment to a three-year-old Jack Marston. "Enjoy your fishing while you still can!" he snarks as he walks away. This ends of being an ironic statement when Jack avenges his father’s unfair end by ambushing Ross while he himself is enjoying post-retirement fish
Cost aside, here’s another: while you can quickly travel from your base to your destination of choice, you can’t fast-travel from said destination back to your base. You’ll be making your own way back to the camp whatever happens, so you’d better be sure that you’ve planned out your jour
At first, you will notice the house is boarded up, but if you head up to the second floor you can enter the house. You will be greeted with a discount Frankenstein and other strange things in the house. Throughout the opening third of Red Dead Redemption , Marston will attempt to call out the immoral actions of his companions, only for them to turn around and point out how Marston comes from a life of immorality. At one point he attempts to defend his prior life as one with a code, to which Bonnie MacFarlane mockingly replies, "The outlaw with a code? How wonderfully romantic! The reluctant murderer, the noble criminal. There's nothing more depressing than a man who's found a way to think the bad into good."
Yes, Fortnite is on my Top 10 list. No, I have no regrets. I'm putting it on this list less because of it being a good game (it's pretty good, to be honest) but more because of the game's significance this year and the impact it made on my life. I played Fortnite on the day they released the Battle Royale mode last year, purely because consoles (at the time) didn't have a battle royale game due to PUBG being on PC originally. I found that it was decent, but never would I have imagined the absolute influence it would gain.
Far Cry 5 ranks at the beginning of my list for Game of the Year and it barely made it onto here. Let me tell you a story of how I even came to purchase this title. I'm a bad spender - give me money, it's gone in a week or two. I had money around the time that Far Cry 5 was about to release and I thought "meh, why not" and pre-ordered the game. It's a bad habit; help me. In doing so, I jumped blindly into a series which I had never really touched other than playing Far Cry 4 and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon at a friend's house in the previous years.
Climb up the tower and examine the hills around you. That strange snake pattern should be on one of the hills nearby. There is a mass of stones beside this snake, and within the stones you’ll find the final Poisonous Trail
This meta-acknowledgement that Arthur is, after all, just a video game character for the player to control is also a signal that Arthur desires a different life. In his journal , Arthur writes about the conflict of good and evil within him, and envies how easy it seems to be for others, like Charles, to be good. However, the Arthur who exists in those small conversations and in the journal is a separate entity from the one in the game that you control. That Arthur won't help strangers without the promise of payment. Main missions continually task you with destroying others for your own potential benefit. Arthur will sometimes offer limp verbal disagreement to the actions and decisions of the gang, but it is not until late in Chapter 5 that he actually begins to actively pursue altruism: helping others simply for the sake of it.
That makes it sound super simple and convenient, didn’t it? You might think that, after unlocking the feature, you can effortlessly hop into a menu screen and warp from one fast travel destination to another as you please. Sadly, friends, the Wild West isn’t that k
