Unlike most MMOs, you don't have to live and breathe Lost Ark to get the most out of it. Hardcore players that log in daily will get the most rewards, but Lost Ark has a few catch-up mechanics that make it much easier to play casually.

Both of these class Engravings require a specific build. That includes what other Engravings you run with the class. To keep it simple without diving too much into specific builds (we will have an advanced build guide for the Sharpshooter available at a later date), here's a sample set of recommended Engravings that can work on both class Engraving bui

The western version of Lost Ark has added Engraving recipes to certain side quest rewards , drastically reducing the T1 Engraving grind for those who complete these quests. You can choose to avoid every side quest in Lost Ark to level quickly, but at least check what the side quest rewards are before disregarding them. If you see an Engraving recipe as a reward, it's worth taking an extra few minutes to complete the quest. Future you will be grateful you did.

The Deadeye is all about hitting back attacks with his Shotgun for big crit damage and then rotating out with Pistol and Rifle abilities. The skill build below requires 260 points , though you can mix and match depending on how many skill points you have available.

The overall rotation basically looks like - Pistol stance, apply debuffs (AT02 Grenade and Spiral Tracker), swap to Shotgun to deal back attack damage, then follow-up with filler Rifle abilities until your cooldowns are refreshed. Rinse and repeat.

To be a good Paladin player, you're going to want a mix of Punish (blue) and Holy (yellow) skills in your rotation. In general, your Punish skills will be used to quickly build up your Piety Meter. Your Holy skills are used to buff your team. Let's go over the most common skills used in each category.

Fires 3 volleys, increases outgoing damage 80%

Awakening Skill - Bursting Flare. A high-power attack that deals damage multiple times. It deals massive AoE damage and is a very reliable clear for Dungeons. Try and set it up with a freeze/knockdown to maximize how many targets it hits.

Upon activating Last Rush, recover 50% of the Hawk meter. The enemy hit by the ability takes an extra 40% damage for 8 seconds.

Both of these class Engravings are viable, and it really depends on what sort of situation you find yourself in/what sort of build you're going for. On the one hand, you have Death Strike, which focuses on a burst damage build that wants to maintain the extra damage debuff for as long as possible . The Loyal Companion playstyle is basically anti-burst - you don't use the self-destruct and instead want to keep the Hawk summoned for maximum sustained dama

Collectibles aren't just a status symbol or filler content in Lost Ark. This game features a wide range of collectible items that can be exchanged for valuable endgame currencies and even potions that grant permanent stat increases. Whenever you're burnt out on the endgame grind, start filling out adventure tomes across Lost Ark's various continents. Mokoko seeds, masterpieces, cards , and more await.

So, important things to look for in the Handgun section - your pistols are essentially responsible for party-wide buffs/debuffs. For example, Spiral Tracker and AT02 Grenade provide a damage buff to your party that increases everyone's crit rate. Keep popping these skills whenever they come off cooldown.

The three-day head start is also great if you want to get into the game a.s.a.p, but makes little difference unless you a) want to reserve your name, b) are a hardcore fan who wants to rush to 50 quic

The rifle skills are last on the damage priority list as they have no Tripods at all in this build, and should only be used as damage alternatives while you wait for debuffs reset on your pistol skills and for your shotgun abilities to come off cooldown .

Like our other Dungeon build guides, this is a pretty straightforward, entry-level build for the Deadeye. You don't have to rely too much on stats, Engravings, or abilities , as long as you have some decent gear and at least a few tiered-up AoE abilities.
